All custom engraving projects require explicit design approval before production begins. Quotes provided are valid for 30 days. We reserve the right to refuse any project that violates our internal safety or ethical guidelines.
Full payment or a specified deposit is required before work commences on custom items. We accept major credit cards and secure online payments. All transactions are processed in USD.
While we strive for fast turnaround times, production schedules are estimates and not guarantees. High-volume orders or complex designs may require additional processing time which will be communicated during the design phase.
We ship nationwide using reliable carriers. Salt & Steel Arms is not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers or incorrect address information provided by the customer. Local pickup is available for Brazos Valley clients.
Due to the custom nature of our work, all sales are final once engraving has commenced. Cancellations requested before production begins may be subject to a design fee. If a product is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
All content on this site, including designs, logos, and photography, is the property of Salt & Steel Arms. Customers represent that they have the right to use any logos or artwork provided to us for custom engraving.
Users are responsible for providing accurate information and high-resolution artwork when required. You agree not to use our services for any illegal purposes or to infringe upon the rights of others.
Salt & Steel Arms shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services. Our maximum liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Brazos County, Texas.
